How long does it take to receive my order?

Using USPS Postal Service, you should receive your package within 3 to 4 working days. International shipping could take as long as 2 / 3 weeks. All orders are shipped out within one business day of your order date.

What do you charge for shipping?

Orders below $50.00 are charge $8.00

Orders over $50.00 are charged $12.00                 

What if I don't like something, or it breaks during shipping?

Your satisfaction is very important to us! If you do not like your merchandise, or it is broken / damaged, you can return it and get your money back. money-back guarantee is good for 30 days.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, simply contact Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.

I do not live in the United States. May I still buy merchandise?

You sure can! We ship merchandise all over the world!

What is the printing process used on the t-shirts?

We use state of the art sublimation printing process for mugs and direct to garment printing for all apparel.  These processes are similar in quality to screen printing, with no image cracking, peeling or fading.

Are mugs dishwasher safe?

All our Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
